Im writing this to vent my frustration with Youshop and NZ Post.

My $945US parcel is in Auckland International clearance.

The parcel has now been there since the 24th September 2018.

All I need is an invoice from them so I can pay my duty etc and recieve my parcel. Sounds simple huh?

28th Sept- Rcieved an email from e commerce stating once the clearance is complete we will email you an invoice.

28th Sept- NZ post emails me to ask wether to let them be the broker or use another broker. I emailed straight back and asked them to be my broker (fee $46 inc gst, plus NZ customs fee $52.67 inc gst). I also asked how to pay these fees.

28th Sept- I was told by email my Client code was invalid. I called NZ Customs my Client code was correct and registered.

3rd Oct- Recieved an email from ecommerce saying for for the inconvenience caused. We will email you once your order has been processed.

Since then I have called youshop and emailed ecommerce many times only to be told they are looking into it.

Ecommerce are not returning my emails, and NZ Post is making an investigation.

18th Oct- Still no invoice or parcel.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I haven't had this sort of problem with YouShop, though the most valuable delivery has been around the $200USD mark.  I did have a terrible time with the Pebble Time delivery though.  Pebble stuffed up the packaging and when it got to NZ Customs it was returned to sender until it had the right details.  Took around 2 months all up.  I believe it happened to all NZers who bought the Pebble Time as part of the Kickstarter.
