I have an excel spreadsheet that I want to share with a client,  which uses a basic lookup command to return a value when another is entered (i.e. they enter in an employee number, and the spreadsheet tells you how much $ they have left to spend in their account). 

Not being super tech savy we thought Google Docs would work - but it autosaves the last entry (which the client doesn't want).  Is there anyway way we can share this file without it autosaving? We asked our web guys if they could make an HTML page with this functionality, but they said it was too difficult (which I find hard to believe!)

Help anyone??
