We're going to Bali for two weeks next week.  Trying to work out what currency amounts to take.. but  I have no clue!

We'll be going for two weeks.  Accommodation already paid for/will be paid for via Visa Card.

Was looking to get a Travalex Cash Passport and loading it with some Kiwi currency... plus take some US dollars and Indonesian Rupiah in cash. I read that a Cash Passport will be safer than taking a bank card and we will be able to use it to get cash from ATM's without risk of our normal bank account being pillaged.

Has anyone been to Bali for a similar length of time?  Recommendations on what cash to take?

We will be visiting Bali, but will be mainly staying in the outer townships (Kuta, Ubud etc).
