I know HK is an entirely diffrent market from NZ, with its packed highrises etc, but HKBN is providing Hong Kong residents with symmetrical 1gbps for USD$26, or symmetircal 100mbps for US$13 a month.

Makes the offerings from various NZ ISP's look truly pathetic doesnt it? Uncapped, unshaped 1gbps fibre for less than we pay for heavily shaped or chronically capped DSL.
