Rikkitic: I had something similar and it was the psu. I replaced it and the problem was gone. They are not expensive, as little as $15 depending on your pc.

Please do not buy a $15 PSU without doing some serious research first... unless you're actually trying to damage other components and/or start a fire.

Can you post a higher res version, it's difficult to read. Also post versions both while idle (and has been idle for a while) and during gaming.

My motherboard is at 27 degrees when idle, CPU at 34, GPU at 44. Your motherboard temp is high ish, and it's not showing CPU core temp. Maybe you should try a different tool, one that supports AMD better.

You could try System Information for Windows. They stopped the free version I think, but I still have a copy of it I could pm you a link for.

Probably good advice, though I've never had any problems. Plenty of problems with other things, but not this.

Okay - I've made some changes to BIOS after a google search.

Core #1 sitting between 50 - 55 C - so assume is getting way to hot.

how do I go about cooling it down

Depends on what your PC is doing.

But, it does seem a bit hot.

It lists the maximum temperature for this CPU as 55°C - 62°C. That is quite low compared to many CPUs.

Perhaps your CPU Heatsink/Motherboard needs dust removal.

If that doesn't work, then you might need to redo the CPU/Heatsink thermal compound.

Take the heatsink off your CPU and clean it. Put new thermal paste on and put it back. Consider an aftermarket cooler - Cooler Master 212 with fan is reasonably priced and very effective. I use Noctua, massive thing it is, with two 140mm fans - I only installed one when I rebuilt it recently. Your motherboard is hot too, you might want to check the intake and output fans are effective - the ones that come with cases are often rubbish.
