Has anyone had any dealings with the online retailer www.hottek.co.nz or www.xps.co.nz (same retailer)? I ordered a new HDD from them a few weeks ago, have had one email back confirming payment, and that's the lot. I've seen a few posts on other forums from people who either liked the service or have thought Fair Go.
I understand that they shut down over Xmas but the lack of communications is a concern - emails are being answered and the phone's not being answered (the Warning light's flashing away now!). Looks like I might have to go down to their physical store and see if they're still there. Anyone else dealt with them?
(I'm really, really kicking myself for not going to Ascent!)
