1. I get CPU fan error but my CPU fan is running. In Bios it get hotter and hotter. I've turned it off until I work oit what to do.

2. I also get no operating ststem found. I have RAID-0 and have these plugged into SITA ports 1 and 2.

what can i do?

Does the CPU fan have 2 or 3 wires?  Is it plugged into the correct port on the motherboard (according to the motherboard manual)?  Usually there is a positive wire, a negative wire, and a signal wire which tells the motherboard the speed the fan is rotating.  Can you see fan speed reported in the BIOS somewhere?

The RAID drives - are they from a previous motherboard?  RAID setups on consumer motherboards are typically not portable so you might have to erase the drives and set up the RAID freshly.  If the RAID0 was done in Windows and not in the BIOS, sometimes swapping the SATA ports can help.  You may have to erase the drives and do a fresh RAID setup, restoring your data from backup after you install Windows.

My fan is spinning so has power supply to it.

What part details do you need?

If the fan is not in the right header then the motherboard will not be increasing the speed as the CPU gets hotter, and will not read a fan as being connected.

Raid 0 cant be done on the bootable volume in disk management, so must have been done by the chipset. You will need to set the new motherboard to be on RAID and not AHCI and then hope the stripe set is recognized by the new motherboard. Have had OK luck swapping them between boards on the last few, but if you have done something silly like change from intel to AMD then chances are almost none that it will. Put the array back on the old motherboard, image the drive and then put it back onto a stripe set you build in the new motherboards bios/uefi setup.

I fixed my fan error, it was plugged into CHU_FAN not CPU_FAN. In Bios it's still getting hotter and hotter, any ideas

Also how do I set up my array in Bios without reinstalling windows?

How hot is it getting? What is the CPU? What board do you have?

Is it set to RAID in the bios/uefi set up where you configure the mode of the onboard sata ports?

Do you see a second bios show during the boot asking you to press something to set up the drives?

Assume you have applied thermal paste?

CPU: AMD 5900x | RAM: GSKILL Trident Z Neo RGB F4-3600C16D-32GTZNC-32-GB | MB:  Asus X570-E | GFX: EVGA FTW3 Ultra RTX 3080Ti| Monitor: LG 27GL850-B 2560x1440

Even without thermal paste it shouldnt get too hot in the bios. I often stick a CPU in and a heatsink with no paste just to test it.

Unless its an AMD machine then all bets are off.

No thermal paste and its AMD...

Wgat does the thermal paste actually do?

It allows for the easier conduction of heat between the top of the CPU and the heatsink. The surfaces are not even so without it only the very tops of the roughness are in contact, the paste fills the gaps in. You dont need fancy stuff, just the cheap white stuff from jaycar will be good enough. Ensure you clean any remaning thermal pad off the heatsink as they are prettymuch a single use only thing.

AMD CPUs are generally hot inefficient things made to be cheap, not good, so need all the cooling they can get.

Been a while since I looked at raid on an AMD board since I generally avoid them. Last board I looked at had a seperate chip for the raid, it was not in the chipset controller like intel do so it needed its own specific drivers and would then be set up specific to that chipset.

If the data on the raid isnt backed up, then stop playing, put it back as it was on the old motherboard and get it backed up.

Paste in a tube normally.

I think you may be out of your depth at this stage however. I would suggest not powering it up again without proper cooling and talking to a PC shop about getting it seen to.

Like thick grease but thermally conductive. You put a bit about the size of a small pea in the middle of the CPU and press the heatsink onto it then clamp it down. Or you spread it out really thin and even then clamp on the heatsink.

If you really do mean RAID 0, 99.99% sure any data is gone. Start again. The chipset on the old motherboard handles the RAID and that changes between different AMD boards. Intel has a fairly standard RAID across boards that tends to be a bit more compatible. Even if your new board was exactly the same, I would give it a 50/50 shot of booting up off a transplanted RAID 0. That may be being a bit pessimistic though.

google thermal paste and have a watch of some videos and how to apply it

you still havent mentioned  the motherboard part number nor the CPU which are a little important in the help you get.
