Ordered and received 4 hdd power supplies from PBTech. All apparently manufactured in December 2010. Should I worry / care ?

I wouldn't be concerned about that.

The power brick for my Flowbie, purchased in 2017, has a code on it that suggests it may have been manufactured in August 1994.
