Hey team

I have a need to be able to send to a team of people (via outlook) a single "package/script" containing a number of appointments/reminders.  I have seen this done before, where a simple "double click" will add the individual appointments into their calendar (eg the "world cup footie game timetable"), but have no idea how to create myself. 

Can someone please point me to a friendly online tutorial on how to create such a "grouping/script", or list the steps to try

I am using Outlook 2003 (SP3) on XP if that is any help.
