If you missed it, Microsoft Advertising also announced they’re expanding pubCenter to 17 new markets within the next few months (for a total of 36 markets), meaning app developers in more countries can get paid for advertising using Microsoft’s ad solution. The new markets include: Austria, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Luxemburg, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, and Taiwan.
Fill rate = the percentage of adverts you will get depending on the number of attempted ads shown The Fill Rate is not the most important thing. A Higher CPM (Cost per 1000 impressions) compared to a lower Fill Rate may give you more income. Ie see link below this . Mobfox has a 100% fill rate but much lower CPM.
i.e. 99.95% fill rate with 1000 impressions, 5 of them will not show an advert from that network.
I started a while back some comparisons of mobile networks but gave up after I saw how bad most mobile advertising networks where.

if you have a native app (Even if you are showing a web view with it) you cannot use adsense ads on them (you can _ONLY_ use them on webpages)
I found admob (owned by google) was the best available for Apps
These stats where tested over about 6 months of adverts with about a million impressions per month.
Note: 95% of my users where iPhone users but I would think the stats for mobile network would be device independent.
Since the last post, the fill rate is now 100%, so there is always an ad to show.
@Regs - As LennonNZ said. For me a high fill rate is important, as the ads physically block aspects of the trial version - without them, it is almost the full version.
The better you can specify the user, the more an advertiser will pay to show an ad, but the less ads there may be available to show (and there's all sorts of rules, like a user can only see a certain ad x times). By default adsense just collects 'Phone identity' - like location settings, but you can collect things like GPS, DOB, sex etc to get paid more per ad, at the expense of losing some users due to privacy concerns.
Nice table @LennonNZ - when was that last updated? Have you seen WP7InfoAds? It is quite a clever idea, where one guy shows ads from several providers (and publicly collates the info on Facebook. Good idea to make money at least!
