Here is another one of my collection. Who needs a new computer or modern day gaming console when you have the TI-99/4a made in 1981 , 43 years ago.

I have played Diablo since the first one in the early 2000s. Diablo IV launched in July last year, and I have played every season since then.

Season 5 is where I got a character up to face all the bosses and get out alive, even helping other players to level up and help with the bosses they can't face alone.

In Season 4, they changed how the gear works, introducing masterwork. In Season 5, they made it easier to farm materials for masterwork. In the new Season 6, starting this week, they nerfed everyone, and our gear is now worth half of what it was before. The level is now limited to 60, so everyone who's 100 goes down to 50 and needs to grind another ten levels. But the gear won't help much now.

The grinding is annoying sometimes.

I remember my cousin being gifted some sort of video game system way back in the 80's.....   no idea what it was but had the usual pong and combat style games.

Fell in love with the Atari 2600 (original "wood" release) a friends brother had..... far as I know, its still at his parents house under his TV in the original box with the original controllers/paddles and games. Keep meaning to ask about it next time I see them...

I've been playing Diablo since D3, a lot later into the peace. Honestly a load of fun and played most seasons since then.

Having played the PTR of Season 6 that's about to drop we're optimistic about the release but I've intentionally not bought the DLC for the season and won't until independent reviews are out about it and what the feedback is etc.

Having been burnt by crappy pre-order releases too many times, it's kinda become a hard rule for me to not buy (Pre-Order) anything until it's actually released in it's entirety.

Tip: I use Bing for my searches, and you can redeem Bing Rewards for Diablo IV Battle Pass. The first season was free with the game. Second season onwards I just used points to buy the pass:

You are all such amateurs :)

I had an aunt who worked for IBM back in the 80's. She brought a ZX81 to our house, IIRC before they were even released, and I must have been about 9 or 10.

We typed for what seemed like hours to play.....

It doesn't count if you are running it on an emulator :-)

I have a few...  The Vaders - Named due to black front (Front Middle ) and Long Rainbow - Named due to the wide rainbow stripe (Left Middle) where the only ones released in NZ. Of course - they all play the games the same (colors get a little missed up with  PAL vs NTSC machines)

Hmm... my aunt had one when I was a kid, and I could have sworn it had the wood panelling. It definitely had six switches, not four.

16KB expansion unit on the back? Nice! Ahh, the memories... (Oh, that was terrible)

People often mistake me for an adult because of my age.

Keep calm, and carry on posting.

As someone born in the early 90s, I strongly remember playing games on the sky decoder at my grandparents
