Lias: I nearly felt sorry for you until I read you were playing an FPS on a console.

hahah! Actually your right.  Poster #1 should play fps on PC only.

Console = Sticky aim = ugh

That is bs. Can't quite tell from you post, but you weren't in the opponent base sniping right, cos that wouldn't be cool. There's always heaps of snipers, but getting kills is hard on some maps.

I had the same thinking until few years ago. Got used to playing FPS on console and will never go back to PC. Don't have to worry about cheaters, hackers and aimbots. Don't have to worry about the fact that my hardware or graphics card is inferior to someone else's. It's same for every console user. Console's get priority anyways now from developers over PC gamers.

Do whatever you want to do man.

I have both the console and PC and prefer my high performance SLI rig with nice monitor and laser mouse...it rocks. I play my games with VAC2 protection and hackers do get banned.... lol

Youtube sniping montages on Bad Company 2 and see what you think of sniping on this game.

Looks pretty annoying to me.

Especially when there seems to be a little red dot above any enemy's head and snipers just pick off people running around from the other side of the map.

The red triangles are only if the person has been "spotted" which involves someone on your team aiming the reticule at the person and then pressing a button. Does not happen nearly as much as you would like.
The guy in the video is VERY good. Also this is highlights so you can be assured not nearly that may shots are as good as you see.

He's good but the video is fairly lame. 90% of his targets he shoots are stationary, standing still in BC2 = dead. The other 10% are either running toward him (he actually missed a headshot on one of those) or opposing snipers 'shuffling' sideways.

Only saw one sideways running headshot and the hitboxing on that version (beta) is terrible to, he didn't have to lead the target at all. Game as it is now, at least on PC, requires slightly more realistic target leading.
