Any "Gran Turismo" fans? Well, it looks like the number 6 is on the way for the PS3, and Possibly, PS4.

"It is amazing to think that it is 15 years since we first released Gran Turismo," said Gran Turismo creator Kazunori Yamauchi. "Things have changed a lot since then and now Gran Turismo 6 is a further evolution of my dream."

While Yamauchi only announced that the game would be available on the PS3, he left the door open for PS4 support.

What do you hope to see in "Gran Turismo 6"?

cars, driving fast.

I'm pretty over most racing games now tbh. I think the experience has peaked and all that is left to do is touch up the graphics.
when the PS4 announcement happened they talked about a new racing game (I forget it's name) where they had modelled the bumps of the leather on the car seat. If that doesn't show the devs have too much time on their hands and cant think of ways to improve gameplay I don't know what does

I still enjoy GT5, but get frustrated when you get to a race that only one or two particular cars can win and you dont have the cars or the money to get them..... :)

GT6, some drag racing would be fun, more cosmetic customization, better music control (their music system is so weird), better AI ;-p

Good point... I suppose there will always be new models of cars that they can add, and improve graphics and detail. But as you said, it's still a car racing game. Not sure if it's something that's starting to bore me yet though, and racing games is pretty much the only game I play on console!

I've pre-ordered it....because I have all the rest so why not? The bit that annoys me is you spend 4 hours doing an endurance race to win and get some crappy car that you bought ages ago. They should at least give you many millions of dollars or let you choose which car you want and not limit it. I havent even thought of doing the 24 hours race yet as it would take me months to complete it, so maybe a time compression option for some of them like do the 24 hours in 4 hours?

Totally agree. The benefits of winning some of the races are a pittance and in fact ruined many races for me when I should have been stoked for having won them. Was it GT2 (or GT3) that let you put the car on 'autopilot' in the 24 hr races and tell the driver how aggressive you wanted them to be? In GT5 you have your B spec driver which you should be able to swap with and do shifts to make those 24hr races more bearable, I don't think you can though, can you?

I don't know anyone else i'd consider good enough to also drive in many of the 24 hour races so i'd have to do it on my own, heh. Not happening.
