Hey everyone!

First of all I apologise if this is the wrong forum for my post, I just thought this forum would be the perfect place for me to start.

I've been an owner of many consoles, from PS1, GB advance (although I mostly used emulators for fast forwarding), and N64 all the way to PS4 and Switch. I owned a lot of games but I also sold a lot of them to be able to afford new ones. And during this time, I've had a lot of frustration with the buy/sell process. Especially the second hand ones. I always thought that there must be a better way to do this, and I think the 17 yo me came up with something that could work.

I never became the comedian that I aspired to be but I eventually grew up to become a software developer. And when I look around, nothing similar to my idea has hit the market yet. I now want to know if my idea is just total garbage that no one bothered to make or whether it's something that actually has potential. In order to confirm this, I've been talking to a couple of my friends that are gamers. However, I can't help but feel that they're too nice on me. I need some cold hard truth and criticism before I decide to sink months of my time in this project. Therefore I'm looking for some console gamers that I can conduct an interview on.

If you're a console gamer in Auckland and you'd be interested in helping out, please pm me and I'll get in touch with you ASAP. It doesn't matter if you've never had trouble with buying or selling second hand gaming goods, I'd be interested to know why.

Thanks for reading my post and apologies again for a potential spam. If I'm breaking any rules here, please let me know.

Im not a heavy console gamer, more PC, but do have PS3 and Xbox One (historically, had Atari 2600, PS1, PS2, PS3, Xbox, Xbox One). Also emulate a variety of consoles (mainly for kids use).

Feel free to drop me a line though.

Been a console gamer since the Sega Mega Drive (and an 8 bit computer gamer long before that!)

I have owned pretty much all the major consoles since then and currently spend more time on my PS4 Pro than my PC for games.

Happy to help if you want to drop me a PM.

Just in case anyone was hesitating, I just met with Namumu and Friend and had a half-hour natter in exchange for a cup of coffee and can confirm they are lovely people and not serial killers!

Nice to meet you both and good luck with your venture.

:)

Started out on a PS2 before moving on to PC gaming, although am now on a PS4 Pro to play multiplayer games with friends.

Been mostly in the market as a buyer but have sold a few things here and there. Would be happy to help out.

I'm an occasional gamer (on the PS4).  Kind of go through phases where I wont touch it for weeks then be on it nightly.  I'm brutally honest too! So if you want honest feedback....I'm your person :D

Hey everyone, I've done a couple interviews since I posted this, but I'd like to do a few more.

I was wondering if anyone would be keen for an online interview? Maybe phone/discord/skype (or any platform of your choice that supports voip?)

If anyone's interested in helping out, please send me a PM or a reply here and we can choose a time. It should take around 15 minutes to complete!

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.
