Can we have more than one profile for the single player campaign???  More than one person is playing this game I cannot find a option to play a new campaign under a new profile. Do I have to use other family members profile name.  To have my own profile would I have to buy another SCII!?!  I see the 'new user' option but that takes me to my battlenet account and gives me the option of buying another SCII!

So If we want to play others online we all have to use the one profile. What the hell happened to have as many profiles as you want for online gaming.

Or have I missed something..

One profile per game key only.

However before you login on the main option menu there is "Play as Guest" option, it's in the bottom right. There are 3 guest profiles.

Online play or achievements tracking is not available in this mode.

Pretty stupid of Blizzard. I suppose Diablo 3 will be the same. If they didn't add the achievements tracking bounding it to one acc then we would have the option of having as many profiles as we want.

I don't think it is stupid, it is actually pretty brilliant for Blizzard as part of their protection against piracy. It isn't anything surprising.

Most games on any console with achievements and trophies are aligning to the profile it attached to, it give a sense of personality and individual. If you have other people wanting to play the game, you won't let them sign in as you as it might "wreck" your well groomed achievements.

It makes a lot sense for the guests, to use the guest mode.

Hardly surprising they want everyone playing the game to buy their own copy.

They could of at least allow say a limit of 3 profiles per account. What happens if 4 family members play computer games the 4 have to go and buy a copy each?   It doesn't stop family members here playing the game we just use the same profile. But it would of been better if we could each have how own profile.  For one the acc is under my battlenet acc and I wont lock out other family members to play it.  Thats stupid. So Blizzard enforce families to do this otherwise please buy another copy of our game if you want more than one profile.

Blizzards WoW you are bound to one acc obviously but you can have up to 25 characters per realm which each characters achievements are tracked. So you can have all the profiles you want.  Yes but wow is an mmo where piracy is not really a problem apart from those who play on private servers. Hahaha suck on that blizzard.

Dawn of War II was bound to one acc with achievements and all but when playing multiplayer you could start another profile.

Diablo 3 will most likely be bound to one acc.

Anyways last night I played the best missions in SCII so far. At the part of the campaign where you become the protoss for the next 4 missions and the 4th mission where you fight to the death. That was pretty cool.

What a great campaign, finished it last night blizzard still masters at making a good single player the story line and ingame cut scene keeps you wanting more. Looking forward to the expansions.

Now the multi player playing through the practice leaque was Terran as they have always been my favorite in SP but I lost all my Terran matches v Zerg - Protoss. So I tried out Protoss and haven't lost a match yet.  This ranking system win rank goes up obviously but lose and our rank goes down or does it just not add points?
