The funniest moment in the game for me so far was beating up a woman, this Nord woman with issues about being dropped by the Companions guild reckons she could take me out in a fist fight so I challenge her to the duel besides this is Skyrim and it would be a dishonor to not accept a duel . Trading punches with a woman and beating her is the funniest thing ever . Then in the same Inn I come across this other woman who was upset that the musician was making advances at her and she wanted him to stop. So I offered to help her out & beat the snot out of him. What got my blood boiling was he told me I was jealous. Me jealous of you! Your going down sucker! I should of rolled a Bard.

This game is amazing, My pc can run the game very well on medium settings I just let Skyrim choose my gfx settings on startup and haven't tried higher settings yet as it looks amazingly awesome in medium the water detail is the best ive ever seen in a game.  On highend pcs it must be mind blowing beautiful!

I rode my horse into Winterhold and went into the Pub, step outside and see my horse being flung like a rag doll off the cliff (by a dragon), as it heads off it hits three guards and takes them with it.

I was clearing out a cave and 2 rats came at me jumped and dissappeared. I then looked up and there were little legs sticking out of the roof.

My pc chose ultra settings. I was suprised because my screen is 2560x1440. I have installed a few mods to clean some textures up a bit.

here is some screen shots. not sure if this will work

I just can't for the life of me see how this game got a 9.5 by some reviewers. I consider myself a RPG fan, though more of the baldurs gate type gaming experience than the oblivion type game, but lack of an auto save and the sheer distance to travel between quests, and the too open nature of the game, let alone the bugs and visual issues would have me struggling to see a 7.5 from my perspective.

Yeah there are some serious issues with the game, most of the bugs will get patched though.

Well bugs in a game of this size are pretty normal, core gameplay just didn't get my attention really, it's TOO open, not quite enough guidance in the early part of the game, which means you wander aimlessly wondering where things are and if this route will take you somewhere, to find you end up miles from anywhere, near where you THINK you should be, and then can't get past a mountain, cliff or river.

Must look into this game... sounds like my type of enviroment :) I enjoy the exploring side of things, friends use to think I was nuts in Everquest for jumping on random boats and ending up all over the place :)

Yea I agree that more direction would be good. When trying to get up the throat of the world I went the wrong way spent ages going up the wrong path. Then the game Crashed and I was back at the town so I followed the road and got there in a round about way.

I think for a Bethesda game it's pretty good on the bug side of things. No locking up on loading screens etc like fall out. Since I changed my audio setting game has not crashed.

It does auto save at loading screens which IMO is enough. I do a save before leveling up.

Well I walked around looking for one thing (PS3 version) found another side mission and got attacked, died and was put back about 25 minutes, that was it for me, not enough fun to do that twice ;)

Batman on the other hand, never have I felt so compelled to get 100% completion on a game, best game I've played in I can't recall how long.

I haven't experience any bugs yet? Have put about 20hrs into the game

Also Networkn you can fast travel. Once you have found an area from then on you can fast travel to it next time. or if you go outside any city there is a carriage you pay for traveling to any other city. Though most times for me I wont fast travel as I prefer to run around in the wild hoping to find a dungeon to explore or come across a rebels camp to slaughter on my way etc I use to ride a horse around but he got killed. lol. And I ain't paying 1000 gold for another one, you can steal horses.

Kaos: which requires you to find the area in first place, so at the start of the game when you want things to be as easy as they can practically be, it's the hardest and most tedious.

^ You can find a horse and cart outside most cities which will take you to any other city whether you have found it or not. Significantly reduces travel time. Plus I often find some journey which looks like half the map on foot actually only takes about 10minutes of sprinting!

mecow: I know, but that's a city, not some location in the middle of nowhere like some magician I had to kill.

I guess that's part of the appeal of this game (to most people who enjoy it) I personally LOVE IT :)

If I am not in the mood to hike I usually fast travel to nearest city, stock up and run to the mission.

Though this has always been the case with Elder Scrolls. Oblivion or Morrowind were the same, Morrowind was worse because unless your stats were up and had good enough gear it was pretty easy to run for miles in the open only to meet up with a bunch of Cliff Racers that killed you in a few seconds.  Running around in elder scrolls games is what its all about.  The fast travel is put there for those who hate the running part. Maybe these type of rpg's are not for you.  Wait for the mods to start coming out there's bound to be a few power run or character flying to help.
