Bunnings sell flexible conduit. I don't know how it would go underground. It's survived 5 years in the bilge of my boat, with no visible deterioration if that is any indication.

I have just used the 13mm black irrigation hose for a single cat6 or duplex fiber because it was so much cheaper. It will also fill with water from dew so you should use the gel filled stuff, but even full of water the cheap cat6 I have in mine is still working after 6+ years. I do occasionally hold the wet/dry vac over the end of it and suck out the water.
The conduit I have elsewhere also gets clogged with dead snails old shells and other slimy stuff the wet vac will pull out.
Pffft conduit.
I have 30 meters of cat6e dropping through the floor, running under the house over the earth, out a trap door by the deck, across some grass a spade depth below the surface, it pops out of the ground and runs along the bottom of the fence then under the grass again and then up through the window of my caravan.
Been like that for 10 years. It's out of the way of the lawnmower, but sun, wind, rain, no bother.
So I went to Bunnings at the weekend and purchased 20m of 25 mm medium grade grey conduit, and 2 junction boxes and various brackets. Because I had 25 m of standard Cat 5e already, I decided to just use that. I used the trick of putting the vacuum over one end to pull the draw line attached to a bit of plastic bag through, then pulled the Cat 5e through with a new draw line attached, in case it fails at some point.
Digging the trench took by far the longest. All up cost was about $60 including the draw line. Super happy. I still have a draw line threaded in case my existing Cat 5e fails, but because I already had it, decided I may as well do it on the cheap. Shifted my AP from workshop to garage, and now have excellent coverage.
