RunningMan: Just go with the quickset config and manually edit it to what you want. At minimum you'll need to change address, DHCP server and Pool.

I needed to edit IP DHCP server, IP address, IP pool, and IP DNS static, in a specific sequence to avoid refusal.
Of my three MikroTik routers, this has been by far the hardest to set up. 🧐
My preferred MikroTik option is now a Hex S router plus an RB260GSP PoE switch (which uses either 24V or 48V PoE).
Much easier to set up, and suitable for a gigabit connection. (but hard to find, and two boxes instead of one)
