Hi team

Im having real; trouble getting my new XDA11i to talk to a bluetooth modem .

I want to use the modem into a normal BT wall socket and then use dial up to connect to the web at 1p per min rather than the exhorbitant GPRS costs .

Is this posible ? it seems to say so in one part of the manual but then nopt in an other ? ive brought the Zoom 4300A modem and it does link to the PDA but thats as far as it goes . no dial nothing and then the modem times out . Did get the " no modem at this number for a while but cant remember how I got there !!!

any ideas team ?
