How can i share my internet connection with a relative that lives about 1-2 kms away from my house?

They dont currently have internet at there house.

Is this possible to do or not?

Do you have line of sight to their house? If so, you can do long range (line of sight) wifi to it.
There might be other non-line of sight radio, but they're expensive/iffy.

What you'll need is wifi APs with removable antennas and will do bridging mode and some decent aerials. (Such as http://www.gowifi.co.nz/antennas/2.4-ghz/directional.html )

Can you see your relatives house from yours?

No i dont think i can but maybe because of how far away it is is why i cant see it

If you can't see it, it must be a bit further away than 1k? Unless you have worse eyesight than me :)
Have any binoculars?

It is probably over 1 km thats why i said 1-2kms. And unfortunately i dont

If you can't see both premises from a high point (ie the chimney) then wireless isn't really an option.

If you can see both a pair of 5GHz UBNT Nanostation Loco's from somewhere like Go WiFi is the best hardware option.

I agree with that! UBNT is a really good option, I made a wifi connection between 2 point at 4km without any problem using 2 Nano Loco at 5GHZ and it's very reliable... But you need to "see" the 2 points to get a good link...

hang a "target" on the roof so you can try to see it, or at least so you can identify what is blocking the view of a potential antenna location.

Time to find a new industry!
