Thinking about a slightly geeky project. I'm looking for a device that when stuck by a laser beam from a pointer or similar, would emit a simple tone. Smallish, can run off a battery or switched off and only needs to do a very simple task.
Any thoughts to any commercial products that are about, or suggestions from someone wanting to build something ?? There is a unit in the US called Target Tone, but seems a bit silly forking out oodles of cash to have it shipped to NZ when I'm sure there's enough creative and intelligent people here who can help !
