The ideal candidate will be someone who:
- Has an excellent helpdesk manner and enjoys problem solving
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of POS software is a bonus.
- Ideally has good understanding of Microsoft networks and Windows Operating systems (XP, Vista, Win7, Win8)
- Is methodical in their work style and can clearly document their work whilst still maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction
