Toniq Ltd is a leading provider and developer of software systems for pharmacies and retailers with over 80% of all NZ pharmacies using Toniq software. Due to continued growth we require a Helpdesk Specialist for our Christchurch office.

The ideal candidate will be someone who:


  • Has an excellent helpdesk manner and enjoys problem solving
  • Is proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of POS software is a bonus.
  • Ideally has good understanding of Microsoft networks and Windows Operating systems (XP, Vista, Win7, Win8)
  • Is methodical in their work style and can clearly document their work whilst still maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction
The successful candidate will be our first point of call for client enquiries so fluent written and spoken English is a must.
