We’re looking for someone with customer service skills who enjoys getting to the bottom of technical problems.  You’ll already have some knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems, an understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration, and ability with basic networking. You’ve probably been doing this for a few years already, either at work or at home.  Experience with Active Directory and Hyper-V would be nice, but it’s not essential.

You'll be available for an interview in Wellington and be already eligible to work in New Zealand full time.

Some on-call and after hours work will be required.  You'll work 7.5 hours per day between 7am and 7pm on a rostered basis.  You may be required to work one Friday evening per month for system maintenance from 6pm to 10pm.  After hours support may be required for incident resolution.
