Please can someone help me...my iphone has decided to send all my text messages in japanese/chinese (my sons cant tell the difference) and I have no idea how to fix this.

Theres the distinct possibility I have done this myself somehow while I was 'investigating' its workings...lol..but I cant for the life of me find anything in the settings to fix the problem.
