And it's very cool... awesome graphics, fun gameplay. A view of things to come for sure.

It is kinda short.. you face a bunch of guys. Come up against the boss who you cannot kill and then restart the game round 2... It appears that you have to keep getting XP etc. until you are able to kill the boss. Also unlike the tech demo you cannot move around you are basically locked into a forward only view and can only walk to the next opponent/waypoint.

Don't get me wrong I am enjoying the game and it looks amazing but it is interesting how much it has been locked down and just how short it is.

I agree... I think I'm on round 6 now, level 18. It's a very odd method of 'progression' that's for sure.

Some reviews say that it's still a tech demo of things to come. There will be exploration, with an entirely new dungeon being added. There will also be the much awaitied multi-player option. I get the feeling they had to release something prior to christmas to keep the interest up since there are more games coming that make this one feel less of the 'deal changer' it perhaps was back in September.
