We have an Exchange Server with OWA and a number of Blackberry phones with a BES server. There is a move towards deploying iPhones instead. At present we have one iPhone and that works fine talking to the OWA server with no specific policies in place.

But with more than one I am thinking it would be good practice to

1. Install the iPhone cofiguration utility so the phones can be locked down and/or some policies deployed before they go out into the wild. Given the small number I don't think I need to worry about remote administration of the phones OTA
2. Install Exchange Server ActiveSync Mobile Administration Tool so the phones can be remote wiped (this is Exchange 2003).

Anything I should be thinking of?
