You sign up with Vodafone and pay $25/month for your home phone.

There's unlimited local calls.

You're normally not permitted to roam with the phone so it is in effect locked to your home location.

In like new condition - used to belong to my FIL who was pleased to decrease his monthly phone bill but still keep his local number.

Pick up jville or can courier to you for whatever that costs. ($8-$10 or so i would think).
