1024kb: Sold now, thank you Geekzone.

Sad to report that a month later, still waiting to be resolved. I was always polite, patient and stayed optimistic plus gave him benefit of the doubt even after a few others here raised similar concerns.

Finally lost patience and getting very concerned as he has ghosted me.

I have reported to a Mod with more details but TLDRish:

Bought this as a gift for my old man on behalf of my family. Package arrived with 2nd hand used dirty greasy items, also it wasn't complete, it had missing items.

After a million messages back and forth to resolve this, so many promises to make it right, finally on 20/02 OP promised full refund which I accepted because at that stage we were two weeks behind when we were supposed to give the surprise gift to our old man. We just wanted to move on and close this off.

Over a week later, no refund and he has stopped replying to my messages.

If this is true, it really sucks. Hope it gets sorted.

Well this is concerning considering this thread: Reopened: Magic Keyboard w/ Touch ID for Apple Silicon - New In The Box (geekzone.co.nz)

I have purchased from this user in the past and had no issues, but if a trend is developing then shouldn't a ban be considered?

@ojo We do have the ability to disable members from specific forums on Geekzone. Sometimes a straight out ban is not the correct answer but lets say if somebody gets a little controversial in the Politics subforum we can just block them access to that forum while allowing them to post elsewhere on Geekzone provided they follow the FUG.

What we do behind the scenes moderation wise is rarely noticed by the general community but we're around, we're listening and we're acting appropriately.
