An elderly family member has had a cochlear implant fitted today, she is profoundly deaf but now even deafer while we wait for the implant to start working, and we can’t get the speech to text apps working on her old iPhone 7 - needs iPhone 11 or later. 

I’m searching for an iPhone, preferably available to be picked up in Christchurch in the next day or two, for a reasonable price. Obviously needs mic and speaker working, and a reasonable battery health.
