Edited post to remove your customer number and clean it up a bit.

It seems like upload congestion on your connection - even if you say you don’t have iCloud, google photos etc it doesn’t take much to saturate 1Mbit upload.

Yup, based on results above i'd tend to agree.

Check the traffic usage screen on the fritz while doing a speedtest.

Traceroute would have implied otherwise, but that speedtest screams it.

you are connected to the exchange/cabinet at 16/.8mbps so i would expect a speed test to show about 15/.6mbps

looks like its something inside your network that the problem.

The problem is within your house.

Disconnect EVERYTHING (turn off WiFi on the Fritz) and test only with a single device on Ethernet.

A chorus technician brought my modem to the cabinet, plugged it in directly and I connected to it with Ethernet cable , while my modem was plugged into the cabinet and my speed test showed 0.40mbsp

First thing that screams to me in those screenshots is, you have ran a speedtest from your iphone, and that's on 2.4ghz wifi.

Your sync rates are good and there is nothing wrong with your connection.

Something internal in your network is causing the issue. Are you potentially saturating your upstream?

Did you actually turn off WiFi ON your Fritzbox?
