adamj: Yes, but they are all non geographic. And 028 numbers are charged at mobile rates anyway
profrink: Individual prefixes for cell providers should be scrapped and be merged with the local area code numbering system like in other countries. Yes, it would cause headaches with working out whether you were calling a mobile or landline in regards to pricing, but this could possibly cause providers to re structure and lower prices since on network/off network calls wouldn’t apply per say.

diehard: I see from Computerworld that 0240 is the prefix for Scott Base, but that this will be changed soon.
