For the last month or so I have been experiencing frequent disconnects from the internet from 11:30pm with my connection becoming stable again around 3am. The first disconnect is always at 11:30pm on the dot, I reset my router and everything will connect fine for a couple minutes and then disconnect again. This occurs over and over until I become fed up and go to bed. I am using the Orcon Genius router and have been since I joined Orcon a year or so ago.
What I want to know is; has anyone else experienced the same problem and can give me a solution and would someone from Orcon be able to help me out before I try their call centre and get passed around each department.
If any additional information is required such as the Modem History Log during the time in question then please ask.
