So here's the story.

I finally get accepted to get moved on to orcons new platform, I got my new router as I was promised. Now I'm facing another bloody issue.

I was told there was going to be no interruptions on my connection, and when the old router stops working to start using the new router. So I did that and guess what?? NO BLOODY INTERNET AND NO PHONE LINE!!!! I have been on the phone all afternoon, getting told lie after lie, let downs after let downs, and a few times dealing with CSRs that don't know what the hell they are talking about!!

If orcon is wanting to loose customers, they are going the right way about it. Even other members are going to Vodafone cause they are over the stress with orcon. I gave paid my bills on time, sometimes even in credit yet i get this nightmare. It's been stressing me out cause no one will help, apart from escalating it, which will take another bloody 3 days

I am so angry cause I have been let down again. Wonder if I will have a landline and internet anymore. I have never been so stressed and angry at a company. Not to mention another customer has been waiting for a week to have their services up and running again.

I'm really angry with Orcon. Another day tomorrow 2 be dealing with them tomorrow. I'll get no where though. More stress I don't need. Thank you Orcon for causing me more stress.

How did your anger go when you called them?

Do you really feel that CSR's decide to tell lies?

No one should never promise of any downtime when moving connections or any work is done and if someone does promise take it with a grain a salt

Let go of the anger and make sure your conversations are friendly and constructive. People want to help, not hinder, but if you piss them off they'll not help as much as they could, to spite you.

I have been pretty patient until last night when I told them that I'm not paying a damn cent till I have my services back. My account is already in credit from last month's billing.

A bit of an update, I now have internet now but not landline, the CSR's seem to be really helping this morning.

Pretty damn good actually.  Better than expected.  Fecking excellent.

I think virtually all consumers find internet companies the most frustrating....

Just change ISP. Tell them to come and get their router. They have let you down on a critical service and do not deserve to be let off for the failure.

The number of people that put up with this trash service from orcon amazes me. Why are they still in business?
