very weird, I can load the page in the browser, but tracert is giving almost the same as you. I'm coming from Wellington.

Odd - I got no ideas.

Tried three different DNS, not that it should make a difference as I am getting back the same IP.

Really stumped to why it might be working for some but not others, unless they have block my static IP on their side for some reason.

I suggest we send @aspired our public ips privately (if hes open to that) so he can compare routing between working and non working connections

So we have 3? providers that don't work, but then for some people on those providers, it works no problems.

Not DNS as we can all get the IP address. All seem to be timing out at the same place on tracert.

See what comes of the 2degrees ticket, but don't feel it is their issue?

The IP seems to be... Canadian, Aptum Technologies, and their website, on my 2D IP works, but has some quirks like missing fonts/glyphs and slow loading of the CSS.
