I hope I put this in the right place. I am on starlink but it seems to be a vocus issue. This is a recurring issue with vocus and some sydney servers. Normally getting 40 ping from NZ to Australia via starlink now back to 140 ping. Seems to happen once every couple of months and last a few weeks to a day or two. Every contact seems to end up at a dead end. Here is one of the servers that has issues.

Anyone have any ideas of where to go next to get this solved?
