Im unable to login, my ISP is 2degrees, I can confirm other users on the same and different ISPs are also having issues.

Server IP address is 153.254.80.103

The issue is only limited to the OCE server.

I am on Windows.

I ran a trace and it gave this in response:

Ive found a post from whirlpool forums with a similar issue, I can access the NA and JP servers but Im unable to login to OCE, it just refuses to load my character to login.
