Just spoke to your support about my incorrect number transfer. Trying to explain my problem and asking some questions, a support person (her name is Elaine(?) ) was completely unprofessional, she interrupted me in a crude manner in the middle of my question saying that I have to read the terms and conditions.
I was expecting reasonable support from 2degrees, but so far your support was terrible. Be polite to your clients is a norm in a help desk, is not it?
My problem is:
I seem to lost the my 2degrees phone number, I’ve chosen it via your website, and lost it after I transferred my Vodafone number over to 2degrees.
What happened with my 2degrees phone number (it took me 3 days to find it) when I transferred my Vodafone number?
