Hi There!

Does anyone here use ITQuoter? We got it as part of an acqusition but to make use of it fully we would need to get the helpdesk application part working efficiently in a Small IT Business model. There are a lot of options and really I was curious as to how others are using this, and how they have configured it to work best for them.

Things tend to happen very quickly in our business, we can go from quiet to frantic in the space of an hour, and we need a way to log calls quickly enough that we aren't spending our entire time managing the helpdesk, but still well enough so we don't lose the "little" or non urgent requests in translation.

I would really like to speak to someone who has experience with ITQuoter, but also if you have setup helpdesk software in general, and specifically for a smaller IT Company.

I think you have misunderstood. I am not trying to find an alternative.

I am looking for some guidance on a logical way to configure it so I can make it easy to use etc.

Hi There!

Yes, I was just after general commentary. As it relates to configuration etc.
