I have a client who is looking for a system where their customers can download tender documents (eg PDFs and DOCs). The acquirement are however that each user must have their own access details, and agree to particular terms prior to downloading the documents. There is probably up to 5GB of documents they need to store. The documents must also not be able to be downloaded via a link without entering a password first. My client must be able to easily upload and manage users too.
Anyone aware of any cloud services that offer this type of service?  One I have seen is box.com, anyone use this?
They currently have a basic system that was custom developed for them, but it is very old and not supported by the new hosting they are moving to.

There are a few addons for Joomla which would allow that. Surely there must also be specialist cloud services - TBH i didn't think box.com was for that kind of thing?

Tenderlink is the main service used in the construction industry for this sort of thing. No idea of cost.

Thanks. I don't really want to be supporting third party plugins, which may or may not have bugs in them. This is why a cloud based system is my preferred option, so I don't have to worry about the technical side. Box.com does say it can be used for construction companies to collaborate documents, and it looks like folders can be secured, and downloads tracked to users.
Really they are just after somewhere that suppliers (who have been supplied with a login)can go to download documents, and they have to agree to terms before downloading them. So it is pretty basic.

Thanks, just had a look at that, and it looks like it would far exceed their requirements, as it looks like it also incudes advertising. Looks like it is more for big businesses.
