Had a reasonable Google around but cant find anything....

After a web (PHP/SQL) based procurement package if such a thing exists for free ;)

Current purchasing "system" (relies on a lot of back and forth emails which people dont read) is a nightmare and I was looking to put a web based system in to help with the flow.

Anyone know of anything ? Spiceworks has a reasonable system, but is a bit overkill with the rest of its functionality (already have helpdesk and inventory systems in place).
