Hey folks... Got contacted by Zenkit and they're looking for testers - people interested in take their new collaboration software for a spin and provide feedback. If you used Trello, Wunderlist, spreadsheets, or other productivity tools to manage your projects then you are able to help here.

Zenkit is an online project management tool that lets you follow your data through its entire lifecycle. From fluid brainstorming and research, through to a structured system for collaborative use, Zenkit is the flexible workspace you can use to organize anything.

Zenkit lets you view and enrich your data in multiple intuitive ways to gain deeper insight into your projects. Start with a simple list or Kanban board to plan your progress, switch to a table to input additional data. Use a mindmap to see the big picture, or a calendar to plan out the minute details. All of these “views” show the same data, but in a different way.  Share your workspaces and assign tasks to your friends and colleagues. Zenkit helps you to focus on what’s important right now.

If you are interested please post here and I will compile a list and ask invite codes for you.

Does it support Subtasks? That would be crucial to us. It would need to be at least 2 deep (3 including the original task).

Can you comment @ someone in the app and have it notify them?

Can you set up project templates?

Hi @networkn,

-You can use checklists inside the original task. We're working on dependencies as well, should you need it.

-@comments coming soon, for now you ca add them as a member or create a responsible field and they'll receive a notification when assigned.

-templates are coming soon (made by us) but if you create a base collection with the particular fields you wantto use, you could just duplicate the collection.

Hope that helps and thanks for the feedback!

Cheers,

Eric
