A customer has asked us for advice on a one off use conferencing solution.

They will host the conference in Wellington or Auckland and it's for 2 days.

They require Audio and Video and have no conferencing equipment of their own.

They want it to be as simple and accessible as possible, and don't really want to use Skype or anything that requires client software, so something like GoToMeeting.

Question is, if they use GoToMeeting, does anyone know of a good conferencing setup, that is rentable in Auckland/Wellington?

It's to service 50 attendees around the world.

GoToWebinar requires a client download unless you're using Chrome or Firefox.

Which is what I imagine the client was expecting.
