Hi all,

I'm looking for a tool to help with running in house training sessions utlising / integrating with O365. Theory being - publish a timeline of upcoming sessions on Sharepoint or links via email, people can see times and available spaces for a particular session, choose which session they want and book it. Organiser can see who is coming to what session.

Any suggestions in that space?

J.

Have you considered using the Bookings 'app' that comes with some O365 subs?

Bookings is just for one on one sessions, you can't set a number of spaces available or limit bookings based on replies. Also if you create a Booking, only that one person can see what's going on, whereas ideally several people (or everyone) would be able to see who's attending what session, bit like a shared calendar.
