Most of our SME clients today own their own office printers outright. I suspect that some/many of them may be better off migrating to a "pay per page" print service.
Having not used any of these providers ourselves yet, I am reluctant to recommend any to our clients until I can find out more about their real world performance.
Please let me know of your experiences with "pay per page" print service providers. Things useful to know include:
- who have you used?
- did you save money?
- did they perform well - i.e. ensure you received replacement consumables in a timely fashion etc?
- were they good to deal with?
- what do you pay per page - colour & b&w
