I was going to use jumper wires, until I discovered the connector was 2mm spacing, not 2.54. You can get Daikin adapters in the UK, but I've not found any here.
Search for
2mm PAP-05V-S connector aliexpress
and see what might work for you, if you are sure it's the 2mm type.

I can see 20cm lengths on aliexpress. What length did you get and was it long enough? Thanks

This is what I bought. Fits perfectly (at least for my aircons. The size on Falkin should be the same 2.54mm?)

I think it was 20cm, but they haven't arrived yet - allegedly they should be here soon.
Note that these are (I hope) the 2.0mm spacing ones, as I mentioned a few days ago. If you don't have that sort of connector, the 0.1" jumper wires (above) would work, and they are quite common in NZ.

The connector arrived.
Fits perfectly, and 20cm leads are long enough to run the wires to a transparent-lid plastic box on top (so I can see the LED, and people can ask "What the !!!! is that?).
The Faikin installed in a few minutes, and I've been spending the afternoon exploring the software.
One immediately interesting feature is that the control algorithm is (optionally) quite different from Daikin's.
Tomorrow morning should show the differences.
The picture has an extra 20cm lead shown, for reference.

Currently Amazon says the Faikin can't be delivered to my NZ address.

I just ordered two through YouShop. Postage wasn't too bad.

Thanks! Looks really good. I'm looking forward to getting mine soon. I ordered 30cm and 40cm cables, which are clearly too long, but I don't plan to expose the faikin. If it can be hidden inside, that is fine with me.

I'm looking forward to integrating it into my home automation via Matt.

How is it working so far? Is the connection stable and reliable? I have the Daikin Zena Vogue which has a built in wifi connection but they often drop connection and I have to use the remote to turn the wifi off and on to get it going. At first I thought this was because my wifi was set to auto channel. Setting it to a fixed channel seems to help but I still have issues.

It's working well on mqtt, but the web interface needs resetting after a few days, which I can do through mqtt. The maintainer is really quick at replying to my questions, and we are trying to get more information on why the web interface drops out. The actual wifi connections seems stable though.

How's the control algorithm that you mentioned was different? Also, any idea what the YouShop cost was? I need 5 of them, but I would like to test 1 first to make sure it does what I want. Thanks

I just got two delivered recently (although I haven't installed them yet, as it is for my beach house). The YouShop cost was $49 for me.

I would have loved to have combined orders with more people to cut the cost down, as it is not super cheap...but ah well, too late for me now.

There are several possible control algorithms:
- use the remote as is, just like normal. Daikin algorithm.
- use the web interface and vary the set temperature and demand. Daikin but partially overridden
- use the web interface with auto faikin algorithm 1, which does sophisticated prediction stuff. This seems better than the Daikin algorithm.
- as above, but use faikin algorithm 2 - set in the 'advanced settings' which does simple stuff. This works quite well too.
- use MQTT to inspect available solar, temperatures and times, and set the demand, fan speed and temperature.

I'm trying out the last option. I recommend the website for more information on how it all works.

By the way, I ordered mine through Amazon, and it arrived in NZ in a few days.

Thanks for the extra detail. I’m interested in using it with an external Bluetooth temperature sensor. Did you get it direct from Amazon?
