ElectronicFerret: The DLM has done it's thing and I'm now on just over 100Mbit/s!
I wonder what the theoretical max upload is

Broadcom linecards are limited to 100016/51200.

Which is a tad interesting considering your downstream has landed above, im curious if there has been a misreading somewhere though.

It says I'm connected at 100016000 bps download so that makes sense.  Strangely it says my actual upload is faster than my attainable upload!

actual being higher than attainable is pretty common.  you probably synced when lines were cleaner.

that said my line seems to track attainable and actual pretty closely atm on dslstats where download is a bit all over the place.

dslstats is nifty for seeing variances over the day...

Connection resynced at 4:10am, DLM-1 is back and sync is back up to 59. Don't know what was up with that resync yesterday but whatever. Overall I'm pretty happy with my bump in speed from 998 and I'm sure many others are.

Bit off topic but I got a letter from VF saying saying they'd finished there cable upgrades in my area and they were trying to convert me over. I'm honestly considering cable with the recent announcement of gigabit next year etc. But I'll see how it turns out first ;)

Synchronized Time: 0:0:43:8
Number of Synchronizations: 1
Mode: VDSL2 Annex B
Traffic Type: PTM
Status: Up
Link Power State: L0
Copper Loop(kft): 0.0
Downstream Upstream Line Coding(Trellis): On On
SNR Margin (0.1 dB): 92 88
Attenuation (0.1 dB): 160 0
Output Power (0.1 dBm): 153 -53
Attainable Rate (Kbps): 40669 7208

So I was wondering shouldn't the mode on my connection be VDSL2 Annex A instead of B or is it correct

Are the Spark HG659B's locked to a maximum speed?  Mines staying constant on 69993/29993 even though according to my stats it could go faster.  I have restarted just to test and it always locks at that.  Not that Im complaining :)  Heres my stats -

@askelon: No, that will most likely be the line card you're on. (Ikanos vs broadcom) Nothing you can do about it really.

I've been on 998 for a couple of weeks now. Syncing at 40ish down and 9 up. Got a resin this morning at 430am and jumped again to 50 down and 9.5up

I think I love this new band plan.
