Hi Team,

So it looks like a Ubiquiti router config issue?

What settings are ones I should post to help determine if there may be an issue?

Thanks team.

Andrew

Dump the entire config from command line

show startup-config

Well I have to disagree, I have a number of residential clients all using Mikrotiks and their only TV service is VTV, no issues to report, so clearly "Only working with Voda router" is not correct.

Im only familiar with my setup not working. Not your clients. Its correct for me that its not working with the 3 devices I listed.

Simply trying to point out that to claim other routers does not work is simply wrong.

Agreed, it would be wrong to do that.

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Free setup code: R587125ERQ6VE. Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

Thank you, ok I just found out Command Line can be accessed through the WedUI, but I dont have the CLI >_ button to open it. Im assuming thats where I need to go to write the command.

Typically one would connect with an SSH client.

Follow https://help.ui.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002535514-EdgeRouter-Backup-and-Restore-Configuration

You want to read config.boot in a text editor.

I must have a different UI as mine doesnt look like that, I can only get the backup file which is a .UNF

Ill try find what opens that type of file. Thank you!

That interface looks more like unifi controller to me rather than an edgerouter. Unifi APs and Edgerouters are two different ecosystems.
