Samething happend to me... but with Vodafone. Very hard to get anything done. But good to see that someone has provided you with some assistance from Slingshot.
Wish Vodafone had been this helpful to me... but that's what you get with large corporates these days..
thanks nikki for finally getting this sorted out and your apoligy, this sort of thing should never happen and if it did you should at least be able to consult your people to sort it out.
