Mine turned up today. Super stoked!! Now I know what I'm doing Sunday - aside from sulking over a likely AB's loss hahahaha
I followed up on mine early July since I was charged in June and no shipping notice and no tracking.. I got the following email 13 days ago...another 17 to go. It looks like they placed another order with their warehouse to remake the missing sets..

We’re aware that your order for the BrickLink Designer set [910017 Kakapo] has not been delivered yet. We experienced a temporary issue with shipping and tracking some orders recently. We’re really sorry about this!
We want to make sure you get your set as soon as possible so we’re preparing to reship it to you, and the product will be released within about 30 days. As soon as it ships out, you'll get a separate notification email with tracking info.

I am in the same boat as you, my great fishing boat was in the late june batch. No shipping info etc, won't resend it, just offered me a refund then told me it would take a couple of weeks to get the refund after calling in again. Very bad service as I had tried to point out a month ago that something was not right but they just said "we dont know" and closed the ticket.
The comments on the original bricklink sales page don't bode well for ever seeing it or working out why it's not actually shipped.
I can see my non existent so-far charged order being cancelled without ever being found.
Not a good taste of lego so far.

The first time I contacted Lego about this in June, they told me that they would reship it too:
Did you receive the order today? If not I'll go ahead and do a reship for you and try an get you the order as soon as possible.
However, a later follow up with another (more knowledgeable?) rep told me that this is not possible:
The 910017 Kakapo set is part of the LEGO® / Bricklink program. We are really sorry but these sets are unique and cannot be replaced.
So I've already asked our payments team to refund you.
They then decided that they could ship me the individual pieces (without a box or instructions). I got a confirmation email that the individual pieces were shipped over two weeks ago, but still no tracking number and nothing has arrived yet. So I guess that I have two shipments that are currently lost in the ether

Neither email, nor the website, shows any tracking number, which is a bit worrying with all the reports of missing items, especially when most of the courier companies don't even attempt delivery here (just drop a card and run).

So I contacted them again yesterday, and the chat rep said they were very sorry etc etc.. and mentioned a re-order was in place, with the usual at Warehouse status with the date changing.
They then said it will ship at the end of August. Fast forward to today and lo and behold, its shipped and I received a tracking number!.. Let see

I received an email yesterday saying that mine is "on its way", and a tax invoice today. Neither email, nor the website, shows any tracking number, which is a bit worrying with all the reports of missing items, especially when most of the courier companies don't even attempt delivery here (just drop a card and run).
Same thing as me in June, got charged when it "left the warehouse" but no tracking, i waited 2 weeks then contacted lego for the tracking number, they also did not have one and found it interesting they did not have it. I have spent around 10 hours now on chat, emails and calls just trying to find out what the hell is happening with orders to NZ. Even had a manager call me from the US just to say they don't know and won't update me if its longer than 2 weeks because their system auto closes tickets after that long.
After all this I was promised a refund and "should show up in 3 - 5 business day", gave them a week and no refund, chatted to them again to be told that a refund can take up to 3 - 4 weeks. Was offered VIP points that never turned up on my account. I even had one chat rep blame me for him having to stay late and "my shift finished 45 minutes ago", at this stage i just told him to leave the chat then.
I have spent so much time trying to tell them that there is an issue with these shipping to nz and au and I am not the only one and people want answers. Its either a lot of promises to fix it or they just throw their hands up in the air and say "don't know".
It showed up!, Mine was delivered a couple of days ago!

It's been 6 business days since the "on its way" email, and no sign of it (or a tracking number). To make things more frustrating, the LEGO site shows different delivery addresses on the order status page when I'm logged in vs logged out. 😬
