PLEASE USE THE CURRENT DISCUSSION: Outlook not displaying message content (geekzone.co.nz)

The overnight digital gremlins have been at work and turned my Outlook365 into a steaming pile of doodoo.

Yesterday, Outlook was working as it should.

This morning, it's not fit for purpose.

In the reading pane, I seem to be getting just the first line of text, and if the email is a whole image then I see nothing.

Its the same if I double-click the email to open it in its own window.

Its like this for all emails, not just the ones I received overnight.

And when I try to create an email, when typing in the message box, whenever I hit enter, the cursor moves down and the line I just typed disappears.

If I keep typing I end up with a completely blank message box.

There was an outstanding update, which I installed and then rebooted, but the issue remains.

Also lately it has been repeatedly asking me to identify myself, and I have to enter my PIN several times before it lets me continue using it.

This has been annoying but not the showstopper that the message display issue is.

I can view emails in their entirety if I use the inbuilt Windows mail app, but its not my preference.

Anyone else getting the same issues, and have it sorted?

People often mistake me for an adult because of my age.

Keep calm, and carry on posting.
